Review: The Christmasaurus by Tom Fletcher

Tom Fletcher of Pooping Dinosaur McFly fame has written a children’s novel  and it’s brilliant.

William Trundle is a boy who loves dinosaurs and his dad is a man who loves Christmas. There is a lot at stake to make their wishes come true this year; can Santa pull it off?

A young boy’s Christmas wish, crumpets, Father Christmas and a giant dinosaur. What more could you want from a Christmas story? Excellent illustrations, I hear you cry; thanks to Shane Devries it has those too. My goodness, they are beautiful.

Cloud Nine by Kygo

Cloud Nine by Kygo

 

My song of the summer 2015 was Stole the Show by Kygo (feat. Parson James). Kat and I would wind the car windows down, turn the music up and sing at the tops of our voices. We played it on the beach, on the balcony and probably 10 times on the journey to Disney World. I even made a video montage of photos of our year to the track. It’s a song I don’t think I will ever get bored of and it brings back such incredible memories.
